Do the apps need an internet connection?

Most of what our apps do works offline. The internet is used only to show ads in apps that have them, and for the optional Google Drive backup in My Auto Mate.

Will I lose my data if I uninstall an app?

Yes, in most cases. Your data is stored on your device, so uninstalling removes it. In apps with an export or backup option, such as EZ Commerce and My Auto Mate, save a copy first.

Is Driving Licence Prep an official BRTA app?

No. It is an independent educational app and is not affiliated with BRTA or the Government of Bangladesh. It does not issue licences or book tests. For official information, visit brta.gov.bd.

I found a mistake in an app.

Thank you! Email us the app name, the page or question, and what looks wrong. We check every report and fix confirmed mistakes in the next update.

The app behaves strangely.

Update the app from the store.
Close the app fully and open it again.
If the problem stays, email us. Clearing the app’s data can also help, but it erases what the app has saved on your device.
